Integrated Loyalty Program
Overview
Central Restaurants Group, or CRG, is part of Thailand’s retail giant, Central Group. However, customers of CRG’s 20 brands of restaurants haven’t been able to connect their spending with the loyalty program called “The 1” in which shoppers of Central department stores can accumulate points through spending in future exchange of rewards.
A smooth integration would mean that CRG customers have incentives to come back to its group of 1,500 restaurants that cater to different cravings from fast food to casual and formal dining experiences. For the company, it would benefit from greater synergy in customer relation management.
Results
From the beginning, Jenosize helped CRG conduct feasibility study for a commercial launch of the expanded “The 1” program. We also advised on UX/UI designs that led to a merged system between CRG and the Central’s department stores unit. This is another example that Jenosize showcases our ability to understand high-level strategy and implement plans that have actual impact on customer experience.
