Job Description :

Jenosize Digital Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager (B2B) to join our growing team. This exciting role plays a crucial part in expanding our B2B client base and fostering strategic partnerships that drive sustainable growth.


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B lead generation strategy, identifying and prospecting for qualified leads within target markets.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitor landscape, and potential client needs.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective and existing B2B clients.
  • Tailor compelling value propositions and presentations that highlight Jenosize's unique solutions and their potential impact on client businesses.
  • Negotiate and close B2B deals, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships are established.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking progress, qualifying leads, and nurturing relationships at all stages.
  • Exceed assigned sales targets and quotas, contributing to the overall revenue growth of Jenosize.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Marketing, Technology, and Account Management, to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments in B2B marketing, sales, and digital technologies.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Proven ability to identify, qualify, and convert leads into successful business partnerships.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, technology solutions, and their relevance to B2B clients (preferred).
  • Experience working within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Keynote and CRM software.
  • Fluency in English and Thai language is highly preferred.
