Jenosize Digital Group, a leading innovator in Thailand, is seeking a passionate and strategic Business Development & Solution Director to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in driving our business growth by identifying and developing strategic partnerships, crafting compelling solutions that address client needs, and leading a high-performing team to achieve ambitious sales goals. In this expanded role, you will also oversee and contribute to our B2B marketing efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to expand Jenosize's market reach and client base.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers at potential client companies.
- Lead the sales cycle for complex solutions, crafting compelling value propositions and presentations.
- Negotiate and close high-value deals, ensuring profitable business partnerships.
- Solution Development:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, engineering) to develop innovative solutions that address specific client challenges and industry trends.
- Deeply understand Jenosize's product portfolio and translate client needs into tailored solutions utilizing our integrated marketing and technology offerings (Brandverse, Jenosize Marketing Cloud, HappyWork).
- Lead solution design workshops with clients to identify pain points, opportunities, and the most effective approach.
- Team Leadership & Management:
- Build, motivate, and lead a high-performing Business Development team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members, helping them develop their sales skills and achieve individual goals.
- Oversee the sales pipeline and ensure efficient deal management processes.
- B2B Marketing:
- Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute B2B marketing strategies that generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Identify target audiences and develop buyer personas to inform marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content (e.g., case studies, white papers, webinars) that showcases Jenosize's expertise and solutions.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance and recommend data-driven strategies for optimization.
- Strategic Partnerships:
- Explore and develop strategic partnerships with complementary companies that can expand Jenosize's reach and offerings.
- Manage existing partnerships to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for Jenosize and its partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales and business development, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business growth.
- Strong understanding of the marketing and technology industry in Thailand.
- Experience in developing and selling complex B2B solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting and pipeline management.
- Understanding of B2B marketing principles and best practices.
