Overview

Small, yet long established organizations often have challenges in keeping up with trends in digitization. Two biggest impediments involve their traditional operation and limited resources. SACIT, a state agency that promotes Thai handicraft, represents entities that have been left behind in digital transformation. But the wait was over when Jenosize became its partner in this process.

Results

Jenosize helped map out a five-year digital development plan for SACIT that employs 80 people. By setting goals for each year, SACIT has clear direction as to develop its infrastructure and skillsets of its personnel. Adopting a holistic approach, our strategic plan also took into account SACIT's organizational culture and provided advice that meets specific needs of the agency.
