Overview
Thailand's space agency GISTDA, sometimes dubbed "NASA of Thailand," was reputable for its excellence in sciences. Yet, GISTDA scientists were perplexed by a mandate from the government to rely more on its own income, a situation that called for an expert in business development. In this project, Jenosize consultants were retained to help shed lights on market opportunities for GISTDA, leading to a pricing strategy from the agency's products and services such as satellite images and leases of satellite frequencies.
Results
Jenosize was able to work with as many as GISTDA's 6 units in developing insights into their products. We went on to analyze price elasticity of those products in order to find the optimal price point matching with actual cost structure.
