Act as a strategic advisor to our key clients, providing guidance and expertise to help them achieve their business goals.
Lead a team of account managers to execute and deliver on client projects, providing guidance and direction as needed.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve client goals and increase revenue, working closely with internal teams to ensure the highest level of quality and client satisfaction.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators, such as website traffic and conversion rates, to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
Identify new business opportunities and lead the pursuit of new accounts, expanding our agency's reach and revenue potential.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements, and leverage that knowledge to develop innovative and effective strategies for our clients.
Build and maintain a strong understanding of the client’s business and industry, and use that knowledge to make recommendations and drive growth.
Negotiate contracts and manage billing and invoicing for clients.
Oversee and manage the agency's P&L for the client's account.
Foster a positive and productive working environment for the team members.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as creative, technical, and strategy teams, to execute and deliver on client projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management within a digital agency with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and driving growth.
Strong understanding of digital marketing and advertising, social media, and content marketing campaigns, including search engine optimization (SEO), pay-per-click (PPC) are preferable. Excellent project management skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights to inform strategy.
Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and accuracy.
Familiarity with project management.
Strong financial acumen to manage the P&L of the client's account.
Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate a team
Proven experience in people management and team building
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
