After 7-Eleven has gone full-on in its eCommerce expansion, its success prompts the company to keep introducing new features on its app. While the growth confirms that the company's digital strategy called All Solutions for All Daily Life pays off extremely well, a time has come for a new design for better users' experience. Indeed, the cluttered app could give customers a hard time in finding what they want.
Jenosize was tapped to revamp the UX/UI on the 7-Eleven app. We brought our expertise to this project to satisfy users at every touch point, allowing the client to fully realize its goal to become All Solutions for All Day Life for its customers across Thailand. We started with surveying users and listing hundreds of their pain points. Then our developers worked to find remedies for each and every issue. When we rolled out the new design, the app creates seamless users' experience as all those previous pain points had disappeared.
