Responsibilities:
- Performance-based campaign planning, focus on traffic & conversion generation to client's website
- Planning awareness campaign for maximum reach and brand recall
- Client pitching for an increment of company revenue
- Plan and implement media plan to achieve client objective and expectation (awareness, engagement, conversion)
- Daily and monthly media performance analysis for real-time strategy modification
- Work closely with ad optimizer to adjust bidding tactics
Qualification:
- Experiences in media industry with integrated media planning capability and performance marketing (both online and offline).
- Familiar with all the planning tools and market analysis, including consumer behavior study,competitive analysis
- Strong communication skills, written and oral in English
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience in setting up and running campaigns on Facebook Ad Manager, Google suite(e.g. search,YouTube, DV360) and publishers
- Solid numerical and financial understanding
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
- Having a positive, “can do” attitude
