Overview

Thamasat University’s Law School is arguably one of the best law programs in Thailand, but the institution doesn’t rest on laurels. It continues to drive for excellence with expectation of improvement in ranking and international recognition.

Jenosize was tasked to help the law school with a five-year strategic plan that would enable its leadership to chart the future based on deep insights underlying the institution’s strengths and weaknesses.

Results

By working closely with the client, Jenosize was able to extricate key information that shed lights on fundamental issues. The school’s leadership regarded the findings as key to improve performance down to every level of the organization.
