Overview

Corporate governance would likely sound a complicated topic for many employees. However, it's undeniably important. PTT, one of Thailand's biggest conglomerates, was aware of such conundrum, and aimed to create a enjoyable interactive workshop on this subject.

Results

Jenosize was recruited to design the corporate governance workshop for PTT. We put a lot of thoughts into the training methods and tapped an expert to provide the training. Also, a series of interactive activities were incorporated into the one-day session in which PTT employees participated at the company's headquarters. The outcome was impressive. A survey showed the employees became 80%-90% knowledgeable on corporate governance, up from 55% earlier.
