Gistda- THAImap Project
Milestone Event Handled Well with Comprehensive Approach
What We Do
Event on Universal Accessibility
Overview
GISTDA has turned a new chapter for Thailand’s digital maps for public use as it utilized satellite imaging technology to help people with disabilities find locations equipped with universal accessibility. As soon as the project called THAImap was ready to be unveiled, the organization placed high importance on providing comprehensive information for everyone. Because some members of the audience would be people with disabilities, the informative event had to be carefully conceptualized and thoughtfully launched.
Results
Jenosize delivered the work exactly as GISTDA had envisioned. Of all 200+ participants, some were members of the disability community and some came from new agencies. We prepared the press release and managed the briefing smoothly even in the face of some hard-ball questions. More importantly, attendees who travelled in a wheelchair, or who were visually impaired, or who were short statured, were all provided with opportunities to use technologies and technical support as they experienced the event.
