Jenosize Digital Group, a leading Digital Opportunity Creator in Thailand providing creative performance marketing and technology solutions, seeks a driven and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in driving our growth by spearheading an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) outbound approach, identifying and acquiring high-value clients in key Thai industries.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with the marketing team to execute a targeted ABM strategy, focusing on large enterprises in Thailand's manufacturing, finance, tourism, or other designated industries.
- Conduct in-depth research to identify and qualify potential clients who are experiencing pain points related to brand awareness, lead generation, customer retention, or areas aligned with Jenosize's solutions (Brandverse, Jenosize Marketing Cloud, HappyWork).
- Develop and execute personalized outreach campaigns, crafting compelling messaging that resonates with each target account's specific needs and challenges.
- Proactively engage with key decision-makers at target accounts through various outbound channels (phone calls, emails, social media outreach).
- Collaborate with the consulting team to understand client pain points and translate them into actionable solutions that leverage Jenosize's integrated marketing and technology offerings.
- Manage the sales pipeline, nurturing leads through the sales cycle and progressing them towards successful closures.
- Develop strong relationships with potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor and demonstrating the value proposition of Jenosize solutions.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and quotas, contributing to the overall growth of Jenosize.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest ABM trends and sales methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably within technology or marketing technology industry.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving quota in a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) principles and methodologies.
- Experience with outbound sales techniques, including phone prospecting, email marketing, and social selling.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and navigate complex sales cycles.
- Data-driven approach to sales, with proficiency in utilizing CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
